White cake with cherries

Frosting (placed on the hot cake, just removed from the oven):
1 sour cream and 2 tablespoons sugar - mix and pour over cake
syrup or stewed sour cherries - drip from the top and mix to form beautiful patterns





Biscuit:

1 egg

2 tablespoons minced carob and cocoa

7 tablespoon flour

7 tablespoon sugar

7 tablespoon water

1/2 baking powder

A little brown at 160 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.


Cream:
4 egg white (snow)
in the snow added:
2 cups of yogurt and 2 cups sour cream (or one cottage cheese about 400 grams)
15 grams of sugar

4 tablespoons flour
2 vanilla sugar

Spoon cream place by gently roasted mixture.
Back in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 min.


- Cool to room temperature,
- To put in the refrigerator for 2 hours
