Bananas contain three sugars of sugar: fructose, sucrose and glucose, but also fibers, and this combination makes the sense of satiety long lasting. Research has shown that only two bananas a day are enough for 90-minute training. Yet, energy is not the only benefit of this miraculous fruit.

1. DEPRESSION

For this is credible protein tryptophan, which transforms the body into serotonin known as the hormone of happiness and satisfaction.
