Anti-inflammatory smoothie

One cup of chopped pineapple, half cup of water, raw honey (optional), one inch of fresh ginger root, one large peeled and sliced carrot, half sweet potato peeled and chopped.
Make sure these ingredients are chopped into small pieces. Mix them in the blender, and then blend until the mixture is smooth.
Banana oatmeal smoothie
This smoothie contains oatmeal which has been proven to lower bad cholesterol in the body. As a result it will improve cardiovascular health. It also contains vitamin C can lower risk of cancer.
Ingredients:
One banana, one cup of almond milk (or the milk you prefer), one packet of regular oatmeal, and one orange.
Simply combine all the ingredients in a blend then blend them until they are smooth.
Vanilla-cinnamon anti-cancer smoothie
This recipe was designed by Dr. Budwig and it’s one of the best cancer-fighting smoothies you will find.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of organic cottage cheese, one teaspoon of vanilla, half teaspoon of cinnamon, four ice cubes, six tablespoons of flaxseed oil, one teaspoon of raw honey, half cup of unsweetened organic almond milk.
Blend the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil for 1-2 minutes. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes then add all the other ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth. Make sure you drink it within 15 minutes to avoid oxidation of flaxseed oil.
Papaya coconut water smoothie
This is a great anti-cancer and anti-inflammation smoothie.
Ingredients:
Half small fresh papaya, one teaspoon of raw honey, flesh and water of one coconut, and one teaspoon of flaxseed meal.
Blend the mixture until its smooth and enjoy.
